Opening Hours and Telephone Service
Information Centres:Times when you can drop into an office for information are as follows. Appointments - These are available via the telephone
advice line. The client must first speak to an advisor on the telephone
advice line where, if the advisor cannot deal fully with the client`s
enquiry at that session or the client is requested to provide documents,
the client will be offered an appointment.

This is our telephone number for general advice and appointments. If the line is engaged or you ring out of hours, we now provide a menu
of pre-recorded information on many common areas of advice as an additional
service. It also gives you up to date details of the opening hours for
each of our offices. Specialists:Debt Appointments These are available at all our main offices and selected outreaches between the hours of 10.00 am - 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday. To access our specialist debt advice appointments you need to either
call into one of our Information Centres during opening hours or telephone
an advisor. If you are eligible within the funding restrictions to be
helped by our specialist staff, a referral to the specialist service will
