How to access the Money Advice Unit

To access our service you can:-

  • Telephone our Gateway service on 0844 499 4138 or you can call in one of our offices when it is open where a referral will be made to our Money Advice Unit if appropriate

  • Be referred by one of the agencies we are working in partnership with such as Wakefield Council, Wakefield District Housing, The Springs Advice Centre, Social Services or one of the Community Mental Health Teams

Once you are referred onto the Money Advice Team an appointment will be made for you. Pre-arranged debt appointments are offered all week at various locations throughout the district from the central Wakefield office and at our associated outreaches.
