Staff

Service Managers

Bryn and Sheila Bryn and Sheila are responsible for the service on a daily basis. They ensure that we open to the public and offer a service during our advertised times. They are responsible on a daily basis for the co-ordination of volunters, some generalist staff and for checking that advice work policies, procedures and standards are maintained. They are all responsible to the District Operations Manager

Administration and Reception

Administration: Irene and Joanne Irene is responsible for the general administration of the office. They keep the files, leaflets and information systems in order and up to date, look after the stock we need and deal with all correspondence.

Volunteers

We have a number of volunteers working as trainee and generalist advisors and also in an admin support role.

Office Cleaner

Joan Joan is responsible for the cleanliness of the office and complementary areas.
